点评：I never write reviews. However, my experience at Mt Bethel Winery warrants one. I have been there a few times, never an issue- delicious wine. However, I visited a month ago and bought 5 bottles, 2 of them were the red table wine (my favorite). The first bottle was bad- smelled and tasted strongly like nail polish remover. I threw it out. Sent them an email to let them know. I never heard anything. I opened the second bottle of red table wine two days ago. The same problem- smelled and tasted like finger nail polish remover. I called the winery yesterday. They were zero help. I live 4 hours from Altus so I can’t just stop by. No offer to refund me the 2 bottles. When I suggested shipping 2 other bottles to me- that was flat out refused because it would be “too expensive.” I haven’t opened the other 3 bottles I bought there yet. Hoping they aren’t spoiled. Extremely disappointed in how I was dealt with as a customer on the phone.

They are not willing to do anything to make this right on my end. The woman I talked to was the owner but didn’t know anything about my call yesterday or the response by Mt Bethel to my review on another site. I was told “oh, that was by someone in a different office.” She was very condescending. The winery wants me to drive 4 hours to bring the bad wine to them. When I suggested they send me a refund, she laughed and said, “why would I do that?” I will never go back there or buy their wine. They are not interested in the fact that they are selling wine that could make someone sick.
