点评：Bought tickets for IMAX showing of the Odyssey at 4pm. They changed the time to 2:30pm and DID NOT TELL US. No email, no call, nothing. These tickets were $50 and now the only way for us to actually speak to a human being about getting some money back is through BOOKING A PHONE CALL (absolutely ridiculous) with them. Not helpful at all. We’re college students who just got robbed out of $50. The only way we found out was by looking back at the email with our tickets and suddenly the time had changed to 2:30pm instead of 4:00pm. Awful customer service, awful horrible place. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money. Even their AI chat bot wasn’t actually a thing, their help website that they refer you to doesn’t actually exist. Such a god awful experience. Don’t go. Maybe the actual discovery place is better. Don’t bother with the IMAX.
