Mint Museum Randolph的点评
点评：I would have loved to write a positive review, but we never got into the Museum. We were visiting family in Charlotte and one of the things we planned to do before leaving town on Sunday was to visit the Mint Museum Randolf (we had visiting the one in Uptown on an earlier visit). We checked the website to see that the museum opened at 1pm and we arrived just before 1. We walked the grounds and shortly after 1 we went through the front doors to find a reception going on in the small entry lobby. We approached the Guest Services desk and we were asked "did you want to the see the exhibits today?" We said 'yes', and were then informed that "today we don't open until 2:30pm, but you can visit our Uptown Museum if you like". As we left, we double checked the front of the Museum and there was no signage that we could see than announced the change in hours. We double checked the website and no notice there either. Needless to say, we were disappointed that a private event had closed the museum during published open/public hours. Next time we're in town I guess we'll have to call ahead to check.
