点评:Hiking is very popular in Korea, and this was a really enjoyable hike. The 74 bus route will get you to the start of the trail, but we decided to take a Taxi from the Daejeon city area which was only 15000 won and took about half an hour (taxis can be booked using the uber app but still run a meter for the fare) From the entrance, it is about 1.5km to the start of the main loop. The main loop is 14.5km long, with distance markers along the way. Local etiquette here is that you walk barefoot on the red clay, which is claimed to have healing properties Stay on the gravel or concrete surface next to the red clay if you prefer to wear shoes. Be sure to refill your water bottle at the start of the trail, whilst there are toilets along the trail, there was only 1 place to get water at the 1.5km mark. The trail is well shaded but hiking in summer can be thirsty work. There are water taps to wash your feet at the start/end of the trail. We were unable to find a taxi for the trip home but only had to wait 15 minutes for the 74 bus at the bus stop near the trail start/end point. This takes about an hour to get back to the main Daejeon station.
