Customer Service:
The staff were friendly and polite, which was the only redeeming feature of this experience. Unfortunately, good manners don’t make the scrambled eggs magically appear on the breakfast buffet.

I was initially seated with a stranger despite several empty tables being available — an odd, awkward arrangement not what I paid for. When I asked for my own table, I was pointed toward a solitary “desk” that looked like it was borrowed from a Year 6 classroom. For £50, I expected something more ‘classy lounge’ and less ‘detention after school.’
Food:
The English breakfast was… an interpretation. Scrambled eggs? Missing. Beans? Cold. Fruit? Mercifully edible. If the breakfast selection were a school report, it would be marked “must try harder.”
Ambience:
It was quiet and peaceful, so if all you need is some calm before your flight, you might find value here — though you could get the same vibe sitting in a corner of a less pretentious airport café for half the price, with better food and comfier seats.
