点评:My experience in September was average. It was very difficult to book (more on that later) but I tried every day for a fortnight and I got lucky. Upon arrival there was a huge queue but I had pre-booked, which is yet another way Stansted have invented for charging you extra for something you have already paid for so we bypassed the queue and then waited at the desk for an eternity whilst all three of the reception staff faffed about around a computer screen with the person in front who had booked for one person and turned up with two.
My real gripe though, is that the website stated that access is available for those with DragonPass but in reality, this is a bare-faced lie. I am due to travel on the 12th November and I have been trying daily for over a week just to get the message "Sorry, our lounges are full". This is absolute rubbish because if I try to book without declaring DragonPass (i.e. as if to pay cash, the lounge is available). I have tried on multiple days and times and I get the same message. I have also tried with different guest numbers.
If you state you accept DragonPass, then accept it. If you choose not to, then be honest enough to say so, and take the reference from your website.
