Manatee Park的点评
点评：Obviously a place manatees only go during certain times of the year. There isn't any grass for them in the canal that borders this little park. Very brackish water along the section that makes up the park, so unless they congregate near the few areas where you can look down into the canal, you'd be hard pressed to see them. Don't know if it's better via kayak elsewhere. We really weren't expecting to see any manatees but thought maybe their visitor center would offer something to at least make it worth our while to be there. There isn't a visitor center, only a very tiny gift shop where you're elbow to elbow with the handful of people that would fit in this room. A few small short trails, so pay just the $1.00 for an hour there, not the $5.00 for all day. Felt really bad for the school bus load of kids hoping to see manatees you could tell they were bummed.
