Hotwire took my money but failed to deliver even basic customer service—no refund, no apology, just endless automated responses. The "manager" at the hotel (if they even work there) was **aggressively dismissive**, blaming me for their system’s failure.
**Red Flags:**
- **Fake Listings**: The hotel’s website boasts "understated luxury" , but Hotwire’s package was a ghost reservation. The "discounted" deal (originally $1,868, now $928? ) was clearly a ploy to lure suckers.
- **No Accountability**: The hotel’s 24-hour concierge was useless—they refused to escalate the issue and mocked my frustration.
- **Hotwire’s Complicity**: Their "price drops" are a scam. My $542 "deal" vanished into thin air, and they stonewalled my complaints.
**Demand Action**:
- **Chargeback Immediately**: Don’t wait for their "customer service" (a joke).
