点评:I will preface this by saying I should not have gone in late July with temps in the 90s and I am not an outdoors person but I wanted to see the springs and cool off in the heat of the Texas summer. I didn't think it would involve quite as much athletic endurance! The walk from where you park to the springs is over a mile! In the brutal blazing sun. There is very little intermittent areas of shade. If you can't do heat and direct sun or have any mobility issues walking long distances this is not for you! When we finally got to them the springs were gorgeous and almost worth the hike to them. Skip the first pool you come to as it is very crowded and the rocks here are extremely slick! I saw everyone there fall at least once and I and everyone with me fell also. Wear good water shoes with grip. The other four or five pools are much more secluded and not so slippery. If you can stand walking a great distance in the heat then it's a pretty nice place if you are a weakling and heat intolerant like me I would skip it or go in cooler weather and hike the trails.
