We explored the underground cellars, admired the Presidents’ Wine Collection (where we pretended to pick “our” bottle like true VIPs 😎), and listened to fascinating stories about Constantin Mimi’s legacy. Every corner had something special - from old family photographs to modern touches that blend tradition with elegance.
The tasting itself was chef’s kiss. Four wines, perfectly explained and paired with small bites, turned into a mini adventure for our taste buds. The staff was warm, funny, and passionate - you could feel they truly love what they do.
And let’s not forget the outside - vineyards, gardens, and that postcard-perfect architecture. Castel Mimi is not just a winery, it’s a whole experience: history, culture, wine, and a little sparkle of romance.
