waste of money, dont bother to go unless in high summer, feel ripped off, no care and attention and no information

点评：Visited in early spring, well that is 30 mins of my life I wont get back. Expected winter colour and early spring daffodils (the town of Helmsley is awash with daffodils) nope, most of the daffodils were 'blind' i.e. not able to flower, no winter colour at all. No information on the history of the garden or what plants were in the glass houses and indeed in the garden. History of the garden i.e. when was it formed, no idea, who started the garden, no idea, when was it restored, no idea, who restored it, no idea, what was its original purpose, no idea, get the picture, information boards dotted around would be a good idea but its as if they dont want to tell you anything. £10 each entry (full price) for nothing, sorry but if they dont want to at least tell me something, I dont want to bother visiting, sad as I had so wanted to visit this garden
