点评：Rude,Non carrying company. When planning a trip, we invited other friends and when booking, some how they got on a different site and booked. When I called this company to book mine, I asked why the website said 9 and my email said 9:30 was told the website says different. We used GPS to get to the registration and upon checking in, we found out the group was with The place that we were at, which wasn’t Meramec. This other place that we were at were very nice and were going to drop us off at the State park as that is where they were going to put in at.
However Meramec actually takes you upstream 6 miles so we would have had to float by ourselves and not with the group. We went in and explained what had happened.
We went with the group and was hoping to get a rain check.
After not hearing back from them, I called. Talked to Kevin. He was extremely rude and said that we choose to go with the other company and the rain check was void. I get it, but there is absolutely no reason to start the conversation defensive and rude.
We were told by another’s that they were like this but really didn’t believe it until it happened.
