Who we are: Family of 4 with 2 kids age 10 & 4
While staying in 🗺️ Melbourne, we decided to drive to this Florida spot for a 2 for 1 experience: there’s the classic beach 🏖️and an inlet/lagoon 💦
🏖️We began our day by setting up on the inlet side
💦The inlet side:
The cove is shallow and great for kids on this side. It goes deeper as you approach the rocks. It’s also clear enough to spot 🐟 fish + other wildlife. There are no strong waves, just little ones as boats pass by past the rocks. Little tidal pools also occur during low tide.
🏖️We then took a scenic walk past the rocks, under the bridge and passed the pier 🎣 and discovered the beautiful sea-green beach 🌊side.
🌊The beach side:
There were glorious waves that met with shimmering sand! The waves weren’t has rough as yesterday. You can enjoy both - surfing 🏄♀️ and swimming 🏊♂️. I even spotted 👀 a manatee farther out in the deeper waters!
🏖️This a “must return” for me since there is more to discover around the park that I didn’t get to do!

海湾很浅，非常适合孩子们玩耍。靠近岩石时，水会变得更深。水面清澈，可以看到🐟鱼类和其他野生动物。这里没有大浪，只有船只经过岩石时产生的小浪。退潮时，还会形成小型潮汐池。
🏖️然后，我们沿着风景优美的小径穿过岩石，穿过桥下，经过码头🎣，发现了美丽的海绿色海滩🌊。
🌊海滩边：
波涛汹涌的海浪拍打着闪闪发光的沙滩！今天海浪不像昨天那么汹涌。你可以尽情享受冲浪🏄♀️和游泳🏊♂️。我甚至在更远的深水区发现了👀一只海牛！
🏖️对我来说，这是“必须再来一次”的体验，因为公园里还有更多我没来得及探索的地方！
