One of the Most serene and less crowded hill station near Delhi

点评：It was a mesmerising experience visiting the Morni Hills. There are two ways to reach, one from Panchkula whereby you straight away enter hills; and the second by Shahbad (after crossing Kurukshetra and before Ambala). Please be informed that be it the first of second route. once you leave the main highway there are too many restaurants/ dhabas/ or even tea shops. This place is heaven for people who enjoy silence.
There are multiple options for stay, be it the homestays, resorts, or guest houses; most unfortunately there is no branded hotel/ property located in the area. Therefore do your through research before coming. Some BnBs have come up, and we also stayed at one of them by the name of Soulitude.
Our stay was comfortable and memorable. Situated at the rear end of the hill Soulitude is a nice property. Owned and maintained by a local family, the property has all the amenities as compared to a 3-star hotel. Cook and Caretaker, Mr Sharma is a local guy who knows in and out about the city/ town. An excellent cook, he is a welcoming person. Owners, Mrs and Mr Singh too are polite and caring. They ensure that guests reach safely and enjoy their stay.
Tikkartal is a nearby destination which one can plan to explore. An amusement park, paragliding etc are available there. The approach road is good, except few patches which are being constructed, and people are nice and hospitable.
One can just sit and relax throughout the day at the property or take a long walk. Encounter with wild animals is rare, however, deer can be spotted, if you are fortunate.
