点评:My husband, 14 year old son and I were scammed by the same cosmetic store in St. Armands circle. Their store name keeps changing from Earth to Le Cle Boutique to Below Zero to Alma Veda Spa. Difficult to track, but same scam I've read several other reviews on them. They lured us into their store offering a free sample/spa experience. They skillfully tried to sell us each products that would help our faces (including my son's acne). They did not tell us about their No Refund Policy. They lied about products being "all natural/plant based only and no chemicals". Their sample burned my face and puffed it up (likely to get rid of my wrinkles) and I returned the products the next day. The ladies took the product and said "no problem" the manager will take care of the credit, but a large bouncer type guy chased us down the street and yelled and cursed telling us that the reaction on my face was my fault. We ran out of there. From the reviews, I can see that this has been going on for years; at least since 2022. Stay away from St. Armands Circle; they know this is happening and do nothing about it. One of their tenants/neighbors even told the St. Armands landlord that people regularly come into their store complaining that they got ripped off. One guy told hem they paid $500 for a facial and no one ever shows up to the store and it was empty and another that they ordered products and paid for them and they never got delivered. The other neighbors also told us there are no regular store hours so it's hard to track these folks down. This store needs to be shut down. We personally lost $2500 and have no product since we returned them (unopened). The Below Zero website they sent us to shows a 14 day return policy. Lost Dispute with Discover credit card because they sided with the merchant on their No Refund Policy that they have to abide by. I am appealing it. I'de love to do a class action if anyone is interested in joining me.
