点评：This place is awful on so many levels. This was our first time going there and we decided to spend the extra money for the "VIP" experience. When we arrived in the parking lot, we were herded into a general area (no VIP here) and directed to park directly behind the vehicle in the row ahead of us and realized this was bumper to bumper and row to row parking so we were locked in.
We proceeded to the entrance and there were about 75 people milling around waiting to be admitted. There was no signage or direction as to who was to enter when or where so we stood there looking around until finally a staff member noticed our VIP ticket. THEN we were told we could enter by going around the side of the group waiting in line and a staff member directed us to the VIP counter where we received our VIP package. We were supposed to have some kind of "meet and greet" but when we got to the tent, the staff member told us we could not enter because there was no usher there and we could not go inside. He then left us standing there so we looked around and found a seat outside. Then I noticed the person who had been standing right next to the staff member who left us there had an "USHER" badge on so we asked her if we could go in or what, and she directed us to our seat.
We saw the show and when it came time to leave, we found our car and then proceeded to waited almost 20 minutes for the packed in cars around us to get free and leave. I felt like a VIP alright. You can figure what they might mean by vip. But they did take our money. I'm also amazed that that kind of parking situation is allowed. Someone must be looking the other way. NEVER AGAIN
