RV sites could be more user-friendly
Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center的点评
点评：Great location with fun activities. Would suggest mosquito spraying so guests can actually enjoy their time outdoors. It would be nice to have trash receptacles at the RV sites. Just because you have a RV, does not mean you want to take the trash with you if you are traveling across the country. Needs regular grills located at the RV sites, not just a fire pit with a half grid cover. It’s dangerous for older people to try to cook over a fire pit because it’s so low to the ground, and elders don’t have the balance or mobility to stoop that low to cook their food. Cost $50 per night for an RV space is on the pricey side as well. We also had to find a picnic table and carry it over to our site. Recommend you call the location directly to book reservations. If you use the online booking service and have to make changes/cancellations, they keep a portion of your money. I made a booking for two RV sites online, and then had to change the dates. I had to cancel those two sites and rebook for another two sites that were available on the dates that were changed. I knew I would lose $10 per booking as indicated on the website, but I was not prepared for the additional monies that the on Line booking company would keep. I basically lost about $40. Adventures Unlimited referred me to the booking company to question the amount withheld, and then the booking company would refer me back to Adventures Unlimited for the refund. This went round and round, until I gave up. Again, lesson learned call on the phone and book directly.
