点评：Dissappointed. First time with my teenagers and their friends. Excited to ski at a new place.
However… we were met my a rude front desk women. We were told to purchase our lift ticket at the desk to rent a helmet I forgot to rent on line. Which is fine. Had to get on a second long line but ok it happens. However that women who is the rude one, told me I don’t sell lift tickets. I said but the other women told me NOT to buy the lift ticket with her but to buy it all together when renting the helmet. “ Her answer was “ I don’t h….ave to sell you the lift ticket , I’m letting you buy it with the helmet rental”. Um what???? Why so nasty???
Then on my 7 teenagers last run, at 9;45 they took a crossover path to a black didmond not realizing it and a ski patrol stopped them and said it’s closed and showed them the small sign hardly visual and hardly large enough to see in the dark and as a first time to this facility skier. Thet apologized and after they said they were sorry and didn’t see the sign , he continued with, I can take your lift tickets away. Why do that after they apologized ??? Again unnecessary anger and nastiness. All those kids will go back and spread how nasty this place is. Sad because it was a lot of money and it was wasted because the fun memory has a lot of nasty moments .
