Bretton Woods at Mount Washington Resort的点评
点评：My wife and I had talked about taking the gondola ride up at Bretton Woods, and we finally did it on Father's Day. The ride up from the North Conway area was nice- not a bright sunny day but not raining.
Once we got to the Bretton Woods resort, easy-to-follow signs led us to the winter ski lodge to get our tickets and board the gondola. The process was easy, and there were few people around. The view was very good, although the film that was on the glass of the gondola (I'm guessing to try and keep it cooler in summer) did not allow for great pictures.
There is a snack bar, bar, and restaurant at the top, along with a lodge. Signs point to trails that can be hiked, along with a description as to how hard or easy they might be.
If one is into hiking, or wants to spend a lot of time at the top and explore, the price ($37/person) seems worth it; for just a half hour or so to view the area (which does include a great view of Mt. Washington and the Omni Mt. Washington Inn), you'll have to judge for yourself.
