Unpleasant towards the end

点评：While it started as a pleasant experience, it became slightly unpleasant towards the end.My friend rented a boat to enjoy with a couple of friends.
The boat was going quite slow from the very beginning, slower than the average speed stated on the website. While it was a bit annoying, it wasn't much to be upset about.
However, towards the end of the ride, the motor didn't work anymore, the boat didn't fully stop but it was barely barely moving. We tried calling the company for more than 30 minutes and no response. We finally decided to send an email (while on the boat) telling them what's going on and hoping they'll see it. They finally saw it and called back saying that they have issues with the calling line. They then told us that there's nothing they can do, they cannot come and that probably something is stuck in the motor and to keep resetting the power, hoping that it will unstuck :)))) After another 20 minutes, it worked but the boat was barely bareeeely going. We arrived back in more than one hour (which probably should have taken us like max 30 minutes).
I do believe that a better customer service would be better.
