Mount Sunapee State Park & Ski Area的点评
点评：I'll never go back to this mountain again. During the Okemo ownership years I had numerous bad experiences including many snow reports that reported the mountain was far more open than it actually was. I purchased a Vail/Epic local pass for this past year and I decided to give it another shot during what ended up being one of the worst skiing days in my 25 years of skiing. It was the Monday of New Hampshire school vacation week. The mountain was very crowded. The summit quad was broken when I arrived and they were never able to get it going. Thankfully they have the other high-speed quad on the back side of the mountain so it wasn't a total bust. I was skiing alone, it was a Monday, certainly I wasn't looking to share the chair all day. I also wasn't looking to ski on less then half the mountains terrain. The worst part about the whole experience is what happened in the early afternoon. I was debating if I should stay or just go home. There was someone standing near the summit quad that they were still working on. I asked very politely if they thought they might get it working by the end of the day. Unfortunately there was an angry manager who screamed at me from about 15 ft away "don't you see we're working on it?" .. I understand the frustration.. but taking it out on customers that drove over 5 hours round trip to ski there is absolutely not the answer. There was never an apology offered at any point. There was never any sort of refunder compensation offered. I've given up on Sunapee. It was such a bad experience that I'm still questioning why I would ever want to go skiing again.
