点评：I have been going here since before the Andelmans owned it and always loved it. Over the last couple years I have noticed that their aproach to customer service has been getting rather indignant and their public retorts to private custimer emails has gone out of hand. As a follower on their social media I regularly saw them degrade and humiliate people who emailed or called them to criticize their recent experience there. The Mendon Drive In routinely demeans customers on their social platform and welcomes when other customers pile on creating a hostile and tense atmosphere. The reason I drove an hour to go to this drive in instead of one closer is because I always liked the charm and vibe I felt the exhibited. They have tossed that in the trash to try to act hip and edgy, not worried about alienating anyone who doesnt just take it or leave it. For me, after over a decade of going with my family and friends, we are leaving it.
