freezing water gave us a cold

点评：went to Splash for the 1st time as we just live down the road from it. Read the reviews and thought do we/don't we. As it was my Daughters 1st time swimming, i would of liked it to be a nice experience. Unfortunately it wasnt. Yes she enjoyed it and loved the experience, however, other things let it down.
so, we turn up wanting to pay cash. this was at 9am, they hadn't got the cash float ready she said so had to pay on card (they were open from 0630!) we went to get in and was shouted at by a lifeguard to get out until the lane swimmers was finished, i told them thier clock was wrong but nothing. not being funny, the lane swimmers were the other end of the buliding, me and my one year old was just dipping our feet in the shallow part. and lastly, water is FREEZING!! they told me it was how it should be, what a load of rubbish, my daughters lip was shivering and 2 days later, she has a cold. SORT IT OUT SPLASH, we are locals and want to use local
