点评：Having read other negative reviews, I am glad I’m not the only one to comment on the attitude of the owner.
She has a really aggressive personality and her behaviour traumatised my 5 year old to the point they starting crying and asked to go home.
She accused my 5 year old of “whacking” the tortoise with a big stick and told me I was an irresponsible parent. I acknowledged that my son probably touched the tortoise with a stick but out of curiosity and not malice. I apologised but the owner didn’t want to know. I tried to tell her that there was no need to be so horrible in the way she spoke to me in front of my child but it made her more irate. I tried to remediate but she refused to engage with me and continued to be confrontational and rude. I was shocked that I could not de-escalate the situation and was upset that we were asked to leave the farm. The amount of distress the owners caused both my children and myself was unreasonable and out of proportion to the situation and was reported to the police.
