Disappointing for young children, expensive, and zero for communication

点评：We stayed at a different resort where the pool was closed. My additional needs kid is obsessed with water, so I took her to Oasis twice.
It seemed very clean at first, although my kid had an accident on the bathroom floor - she didn't quite get out of her costume on time - I reported it and apologised, but when we went in at the end of the session, it hadn't been cleaned.
Showers were all open access - none in cubicles which is a shame.
I emailed ahead, as I believe we're entitled to a disability discount, but no one ever got back to me, so I sucked it up and paid full price knowing we'd not be able to use a lot of the facilities.
The website kept crashing so it was difficult and stressful booking tickets. I called, but no one answered the phone.
We had to show up as a walk in on one of the days, again stressful with a disabled kid, not sure if we'd be able to get on or not.
The toddler area was really disappointing. It was large. There was one small toddler slide. There was a second shallow pool that was a little warmer. That is the extent of the bits we could use. There were a few ornaments that the kids couldn't climb on.
My local council run swimming pools have bubble areas, fountains, a gentle wave machine, floats and toys provided at a fraction of the cost.
Other 'water parks' I've been to have whole areas dedicated to water mills and light up bits etc.
Nothing for small kids here, above a basic pool. Not worth the money if you're paying as a day guest if you have other options. Probably more fun for older kids 🤷♀️

我所在地区的市政游泳池有泡泡区、喷泉、轻柔的造浪机，还提供各种漂浮物和玩具，价格却便宜得多。
我去过的其他“水上乐园”都有专门的水磨坊和灯光装置等等。
这里除了一个普通的游泳池之外，没有任何其他适合小孩子的设施。如果你是当天来玩，而且有其他选择，那就不值得花钱了。可能更适合大一点的孩子玩吧🤷♀️
