However, even after two weeks, we had not received the refund. We reached out multiple times via text, phone calls, and emails, simply asking for an explanation, but received no response. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing and completely changed my impression of Hawaii’s tourism industry.
We initially chose this company because of its high ratings and positive reviews, assuming that they provided excellent service. However, it seems that the good experience only applies if you are lucky enough to actually go on the tour. If things don’t go as planned—even it's not your fault—they appear unwilling to process refunds. My friends and I lost over $400 without any explanation, and we sincerely hope the company contacts us after seeing this complaint.
