点评：We loved our tour of Castell de Sant Ferran! We did the guided tour in English with Cristina, and she was a fabulous guide. She made us feel totally at ease, was happy to answer our questions, and seemed to be enjoying herself and showing the site to us.
The tour was just the right length -- both in terms of the number of stops and the amount of time at each of them. It was fun to ride around the large property in a jeep and to put on our safety helmets and go inside the defensive tunnels & especially into the underground water cistern, where the water is so clear and everything is cool and peaceful.
The site itself is different from other places we visited. It's architecturally distinctive and it's blend of unfinished, damaged, and intact components is quite interesting. It also affords great views of the surrounding area. The self-guided walking tour, which we did after the tour with Cristina, is easy to follow, hits key sites, and is also a very appropriate length. Also, this attraction is not crowded, which can be a nice change after Barcelona, the Dali Museum, and Cadaques!
