Greta concept, poor execution

点评：Went here as part of our honeymoon trip. Beautiful setting and great concept. But poor execution. This is located in a converted home and out buildings .
Which could be cool but has. Some very specific challenges
No lockers In the locker room, very cramped and chaotic.
Staff was very young and did not seem service oriented, it was ver y rushed
Part of our package was an hour soak and we were buzzed to get out of the tub after 45 minutes. I understand they need to clea. And prepare for the next guests, however My wife and I the. Stood around for 20 min in our robes. waiting for the next service.
The massages take place in a loft which is open with dividers, you can hear everything. And there are at least five
other people getting massages there at the same time. The door to the loft opened and closed many times. The fan was right above us and we were freezing, We asked for it to be turned down or off but they could not because it was for the whole loft area.
The actual quality of the massage was 3/5. Not personalized and was really
The same quality of a Tui na body rub in a major city ( which is great, if that’s what was promised).
The final service was a savasana
relaxation. We went to another building which was clearly the former living room of the house. The relaxation “bed” was black painted plywood with a mat on top of it. During our “ relaxation” we saw a hand reach in and move the privacy screen to adjust the speaker. It was very off putting. At this point, we realized that the fireplace was
Two way and everyone could se the room we had been changing and naked in. We got dressed and left early.
Staff did not seem to care that we did not have a good experience and did not ask further details.
If you rally want to go. Maybe just do a soak. If you want relaxation or an
enjoyable services. Check out the sauna or foot spa downtown.
