What used to be a beautiful nature reserve ruined by dog walkers

点评：Having lived in the area my whole 37 years, Brereton used to be a beautiful spot to go for a walk and connect with nature. We've recently been coming here weekly with my 4 year old son for about 18 months now as its his favorite place to explore. Unfortunately, with the masses moving in from the cities and discovering the place, it's become a hive for dog walkers. Being bothered by other people's dogs constantly is pretty annoying, seeing as no one seems to have any recall ability at all and view the place as an off lead free for all, plus they're usually wet and mucky. Buts what's worse is because they don't pick up after their animals, the place has become a doggy toilet and it is EVERYWHERE. Every week for the past 6 months, despite keeping an eye out and trying our best NOT to step in dog muck, it usually ends up all over our 4 year olds wellies / bike. Infact last week when cleaning his wellies off in a puddle trying to get the mess off, a dog was just infront of us pooing just off the path while the owner stood and watched, then walked away without clearing it up. We've sworn off the place now, as we're utterly fed up of dog muck 🤦🏼♀️
