点评：Been here a few years, always have put up with lack of free weights, giving so much space to personal trainers who block out areas, the buckets on the floor with the leaking roof - as some of the other benefits added helped with this (Spa and outdoor pool)
But enough, when works started prices raised 'to accomodate' works.... But no, that rise does not cover entry to that - later down the line you have to pay £50 more to access the very thing you already pay for 'we have invested so much money in this', not really, your charging your clients out.
This isn't just a moan - I know the response we get is generic 'we are doing a lot..... Call us... Other people like it's - this is genuinely not a good place - I have seen disabled people told to use stairs often because the lifts often break, I have been stuck in one for an hour

Car park overloaded
Facilities closed down (and no access when being opened)
Complaints and concerns shrugged at - new members treated like royalty till you start paying
No ownership of problems
Dirty changing rooms
Broken lifts
Price hikes
'its going to be great' but what about those who have stood by and put up with the mess
I will answer for gym 'sorry you feel this way, call us or email' is the answer all over reviews, when really the fact is they don't care
