Never book with this agency, worst organization ever

点评：This was by far the worst experience i ever had with a local agency, i only can say The Old Bridge should immediately stop playing with people safety, please never book a tour with them as long as you don’t want to risk your life!!
We were a group of travellers and we’ve booked our 6 days safari a lot in advance. Hard to make a list list with all the bad things were happening but let’s start with some episodes: the owner didn’t give us any information about the pick up time so we had to wait hours at the hotel while wasn’t answering at the phone then was showing up at noon making us waste half day of safari. We found out he was managing everything last minute and because of this, we had many troubles during the trip. One of the cars he provided was having mechanical issues and we got stucked several times being forced to push it to make it move, i let you imagine how does it feel/how safe it is to push a car in a place where lions are just next to the corner! We were having no permit to access Savuti park until the night before and they didn’t provide enough fuel so we had to wait another half day for a person to bring it, loosing another day of safari. We also found out we were totally disconnected with no possibility to ask for help or assistance in case something bad would have happened, no walkie talkies or satellitare phone provided to the guides. This is just a part of this awful experience and hope this review will help some people to avoid to be scammed, please don’t book with Martin if you’re carying about your safety!!
