Chrysalis Vineyards at The Ag District的点评
点评：This used to be our favorite winery in the area. Unfortunately the service and wine left much to be desired. One member of our party liked a specific wine and had hoped to purchase a case or at least multiple bottles. When she asked about a case discount she was told there was no longer a discount unless she became a member. So she politely purchased a couple bottles and we went to leave. As we were leaving we heard a member of staff making fun of her question and also my statement that there used to be a discount, because I got one the last time I purchased a case.
This member of staff was a young woman wearing red/white gingham print. It looked to be a one piece outfit. She was standing with the young man who was checking us out. Possibly there to assist him. This male coworker she was speaking with looked to be uncomfortable and I do not think he was being malicious. I almost asked for her name upon leaving, but instead left because I assumed her attitude could turn confrontational.
I also did not buy any wine this trip. I found it to be much sweeter and with little body compared to years I’ve purchased prior. I hope to give the winery one more try. But I will not return if we have another poor service experience like this one.
