Loved the train ride but the underwater observatory was far more impressive than I expected.

点评：We came here as this sounded like something unique and it certainly was. We booked the train, the observatory and the marine discovery center ticket. Quickly exchanged our name for the train ticket and was in the train and off along the 1.2km jetty. Lots of interesting history and stories told along the way (but the changing voices make it lose it's sense of continuity - feels like it's been created by a young kid).
At the end of the jetty we were taken down into the observatory by a guide (very knowledgeable) and told a lot of the history, shown lots of interesting facts and given about 20 mins to wander around and take photos..
After that we caught the train back and headed to the Marine Discovery. It's a lot more disappointing that we were expecting (just one large room with a number of interactive elements. Some were great and others weren't working well or at all. We spent maybe 45 mins there with two bored kids)
Would do the train and observatory again, but likely skip the marine discovery.
