Great time at the Arboretum
Overland Park Arboretum and Botanical Gardens的点评
点评：First time visiting the arboretum. I took my mother who has limited mobility and needed a wheelchair. I knew that they had two and fortunately one was available. The park was lovely and easy to get around with the wheelchair, not very crowded. We really enjoyed the Monet garden area but there was lot more to see. While we didn't try them, there are plenty of trails in the wooded areas to enjoy as well. We only spent an hour exploring the arboretum due to the warm day, but we hit most of the highlights. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely go back again. The only negative was that the automatic access doors on the south side leading into the park area did not work going in or going out, and no staff was present at the time, so I had to open the doors manually and work our way through them. It was not a problem for me but might be for someone else. Well worth a visit.
