Interesting tour - disappointing buying Bernie Mittens

点评：Vermont Teddy Bear - specifically the Bernie Mittens
If you get on the web site - you will see they have categories of (1) “cool” patterns, (2) “warm” patterns, (3) “bright/pastel” patterns, then (4) “cool” solids, (5) “warm” solids and (6) “bright/pastel solids. Just my opinion but the patterns are gorgeous and what I would want, especially for the price. BUT - cannot choose a specific pair, is luck of the draw what you get. Okay - but I think the assumption is would get something from the selected category - correct ? So several months ago I took a chance and ordered a pair - chose “cool” patterns assuming would at least get a “pattern”. Well - I was sent “warm” solid - orange, brown & cream - what ???? Needless to say they were returned.
I recently traveled from Ohio to Massachusetts and decided to swing through Vermont on my way back to Ohio with one of the main reasons being to purchase a pair of Bernie mittens and choose my pattern. Much to my surprise - there were virtually no patterns to be found !!! The two large barrels of mittens (for Small or Large size) were all solids. The stacks being worked on that we could see from the tour - were all solids. The very helpful tour guide that I spoke with even checked the stock room for me - opened a couple of boxes that said “patterns” but were solids !!
To avoid another online purchase that would be unknown what will be sent - my only option was to purchase the only pair that had somewhat of a pattern even though not the color pallet I would have preferred. I feel the online photos and advertising of all the gorgeous patterns is very misleading. Does anyone ever get a pair like them ??

为了避免再次在线购买而不知道会寄送什么——我唯一的选择是购买唯一一双有点图案的手套，尽管不是我喜欢的颜色。我觉得网上所有华丽图案的照片和广告都非常具有误导性。有人买过这样的手套吗？
