点评:Booked this experience for me and my partner as I had done this before and really enjoyed it previously.
Guy on reception was friendly enough and we waited upstairs, upon checking in my partner updated his form to declare his previous shoulder dislocation 9 years ago - not a problem the instructor will have a chat with you upstairs.
We got suited up and the instructor explained he wouldn’t be taking my partner to the top doing a ‘high fly’ experience due to his previous dislocation - understandable but disappointing, would have been handy to know that when you book it.
Anyway long story short, my partners shoulder did dislocate during the ride and he was ushered into a side room. I was called out of the chamber to be with him, clearly in agony it was off to A&E. Odd that none of the staff knew where A&E was!
Now the bit I’m not happy with is the lack of follow up - I placed a call in to say about the accident which had already been noted. Asked when I can expect a call and Max said we were on a list, it’s been a week and still no call to get it logged in the accident book.
The accident aside as these things happen, it’s the lack of customer care & customer experience that’s really gone down hill here. Also I just wanted to say the skydiving suit I had on stunk to high heaven of BO/damp smell.
All in all just been left feeling disappointed.
