Lovely rower, but disappointing due to limited routes

点评：Disappointing as due to the heavy rainfall last couple of days, 2 of the 3 routes were closed. The only route opened was heavily congested with boats, it felt like a theme park experience, and wasn't in itself value for money.
That said, the boat rower was lovely and approached her work diligently and with pride. The rowers only get paid a very small proportion of the fee for each boat they row. As there are 2000 boats they may only get to row 1 boat per day, sometimes less- so from their perspective, it's good there are a lot of visitors coming.
They also have to adhere strictly to the rules of the boat tour company. For example, some tourists in another boat wanted to go back early and got irate with the rower for not turning round, not realising that she was trying to ring the office on her phone to obtain permission for doing so.
Overall, the whole visitor area was very well laid out and kept.
