Best Christmas Experience Ever

点评：This is the 5th year we have visited the Christmas Experience at Audley End and I can honestly say it's the best Christmas experience we've ever had. We love everything about it from the minute you arrive you are greeted with friendly helpful staff. The setting it beautiful and everything looks so magical, a lot of time and effort has gone in to making the whole experience a great day out. There is an extensive play area to keep children occupied before their train time. There are 3 food outlets selling burgers hotdogs, pizza and sausage rolls together with mince pies, cookies and hot and cold drinks and also childrens lunch boxes all reasonably priced. The children also have the opportunity to write a letter to Santa and make some Reindeer food. The staff put on a great show while waiting for the train and then the train takes you through the woods with Christmas displays en-route until you hear the sleigh bells and 'ho ho ho' as you arrive at the entrance to Santa's workshop. Some very energetic elves keep you entertained with singing and dancing and games while Santa and Mrs Claus do the rounds along the train handing out a gift to the children and posing for pictures. I can't not begin to tell you how excited my 6yr old was and he felt this really was the real santa. He loved it so therefore we loved it! All in all we were there for 4 1/2 hours so really do feel value for money was achieved especially when you look at what some experiences charge for a shorter day. It's the only place we'll go.
