So much promise so much disappointment!

点评：Having found this place online the website was full of promise this place looked amazing and as the mum of an autistic 7yr old golf enthusiast we had to visit!!
We visited on Sunday to use the driving range with the computer system in place, children were excited we’d be able to see how far / fast each ball was hit! We explained on arrival we had never been before and we’re offered no help advice or support!
So both my children are left handed and after a 25/30mins wait we were finally able to access a left handed tee space (there are only 3 duel (left or right) handed cages one of which was being used by a right handed player - despite numerous right handed spots being free) these three left handed spaces aren’t together no no, they’re spread amongst the right handed meaning my children were forced to take turn / share as there was no option for them to play simultaneously unless we split up as a family (mum can’t physically be in two places at once)
Having finally got a tee the kids were excited to see how far / fast there ball went, to try out the games etc (as per the website expectations) well off the 100 balls we hit maybe 3 or 4 were picked up by the computer leaving us all massively disappointed.
My suggestion would be that this place needs to invest in central tees that can be played left or right handed rather than leaving the lefties as outcasts in 2023! Furthermore there needs to be a system to seek support from staff - or maybe just some more staff the 2 on shift seemed to be run ragged! (one of whom appeared to be attempting to teach a kids lesson as well as serve the public)
Ultimately sooo much promise yet sooo disappointing! Won’t be returning!
