点评：Excellent service.
It’s hard to know which service to use when you are reviewing from another country but I’m glad I took a chance on this one.
Quote online was easy and questions by email were answered promptly.
Driver contacted me the day before, by text - my North American phone number was not an issue.
Travelled from Heathrow to Bath and then a few days later from Bath back to west London.
On arrival, Marius was there to meet me. (He texted again that morning and as soon as my plane landed I was able to text with him. He gave specific instructions on where he would meet me - super easy in the end.)
Car was comfortable, clean and had lots of room. His driving was excellent, professional and I felt safe (I’m an anxious passenger!)
Prices quoted were exactly what was expected - payment at destination. Given the recent increase in fuel prices and his excellent service I did give an extra tip. They take card or cash.
My return journey was equally easy and timely.
Will definitely use this service again and would throughly recommend.
