Verbena Spa的点评
点评：A spa day here with my sister was the perfect antidote to busy work schedules and sleepless nights with a newborn.
From the welcome on the general reception when we arrived, through to the welcome drink in the spa area, tour of facilities, treatment, lunch and help with choosing products to take away; the whole experience was just fab.
The staff were professional yet friendly and personable; a balance difficult to achieve. Genuine customer care was definitely at the heart; it would be easy for the commercial nature of a luxury, well-known spa to overshadow this but it didn't seem that way; it was homely and intimate.
The pool temperature was lovely and torrential rain did not 'stop play' with large umbrellas outside so bags/books/towels could be kept dry whilst enjoying this and the jacuzzi. There is also a lovely lounge and series of spa facilities (foot spas, sauna, salt room, aromatherapy room) indoors.
The lunch (we both had club sandwiches) was a generous portion and absolutely delicious.
Other lovely touches included keys to lockers allocated on arrival - a simple things that helped us as guests to feel like we were expected and valued. The sorbet after the treatment was delicious. The prosecco. The products, hairdryer, straighteners and bags for wet costumes in the changing room didn't go unnoticed either.
I'd like to give a particular shout out to therapist Jess. My massage with her was the best spa massage I have ever had...that is some feat. Thank you! Feel about 6 inches taller with 6 months of stresses melted away!
Only suggestion which is the minor-est of niggles would be a little more space around the product shelves so that customers can browse easily without feeling on top of those eating their lunches...might even get more sales that way!!!!
Thank you to the whole team including cleaning staff who kept the place spotless. Keep doing what you are doing; it is not coincidence that you have been nominated for and won spa awards.

午餐（我们俩都吃了俱乐部三明治）分量很足，绝对美味。
其他贴心的小细节包括抵达时提供的储物柜钥匙——这些小细节让我们作为客人感受到被期待和重视。理疗后的冰糕非常美味。还有普罗塞克起泡酒。更衣室里的产品、吹风机、直发器和装湿衣服的袋子也都让人印象深刻。
我要特别感谢理疗师Jess。她给我的按摩是我体验过的最好的水疗按摩……真是太棒了。谢谢！感觉自己长高了6英寸，6个月的压力都消失了！
唯一的小建议，也是最微不足道的小问题，就是产品货架周围能多留一些空间，这样顾客可以轻松浏览，而不会觉得压在正在吃午餐的人身上……这样说不定还能增加销售额呢！！！
感谢包括清洁人员在内的全体团队，是他们把这里打扫得一尘不染。继续努力吧；你们获得水疗奖项提名并获奖绝非偶然。
