Great place to spend the day during berry, apple and pumpkin season. Also great for nature photography.

点评：An old fashioned apple and berry farm, with walking trails with many beautiful & scenic spots to have a picnic! There are 3 sandbox play areas for the kids, kid friendly tractors and other weird things for the kids to climb on. There are always rabits, goats, pigs, donkeys and other animals in the pens, but our boys and now grandkids still love the free roaming chickens.
Dads can snoop around in the open bay work areas of the farm. The work shop looks as if it hasnt changed in a hundred years. What has changed is the windmill mill and their literure on hollistic soil management and pest control on their growing practices page.
Our family has been going there since 2013 and its definately grown over the last several years, but they managed to keep all the charm while adding the large barn that serves food, music and a place to get warm during the colder months. Personally, I am a big fan of the wood fire pizza.
We too noticed the prices have increased over the years, but appear to be in line with the other farms and similar country shops. The cost of apples here are worth it as they are the best tasting apples and will never compare to store bought apples. We have heard people complain of the price, but they were also buying the largest bags. enough for 2 families and 10 pies. You don't normally buy that much in the store, so it's more a relativity issue. We ususally spend on things we wouldn't find just anywhere. This place is an Experience in an of itself and you can get get so much more out of it, if you check out the website, and plan out your exploration hikes, wagon rides, etc.. You can also bring your own water and snacks to keep the costs down. When you have a few younger children, drinks and lunch can be costly anywhere. Save your money for the hot apple pie ala mode and their own hard cider!
