As for photo in front of Fairmont Château and additional assistance if you are a beginner.

The ride itself was enjoyable. However, as beginner riders, we felt the two staff members assisting us could have provided clearer guidance on how to start, stop, and steer the horses. Additionally, I was disappointed that we weren’t offered the opportunity to take a posed photo in front of the Château, which would have made for a lovely keepsake.
Overall, I couldn’t help but feel like just another number rather than a valued guest. This impression may stem from our previous experience horseback riding at Ashford Castle in Ireland, where the staff was exceptionally welcoming and provided detailed instruction. They even took a wonderful photo of us in front of the castle, which we still cherish.
That said, I would still recommend this ride—just keep my suggestions in mind to enhance your experience. And be prepared: your seat may be a bit sore afterward!
