Good guides but no snorkel equipment on a snorkel tour made snorkelling difficult

点评：We booked all our tours and transfers in Zanzibar with Ally at Zanleisuretours and Safaris. The guides and transfers were always on time, they were super friendly and knowledgeable and just lovely people who were always available to answer questions or assist in any way. We ahd Abra and Haroun and both were excellent. Abra became a friend to us as he accompanies us mostly. The tour itself was great except that when we did the Mnemba island SNORKEL tours where we were promised equipment, there was no equipment provided and we had to share the two pairs of snorkels we brought from home between five people each time we stopped and wanted to jump in. This did put a dampen on the snorkel trip because the Mnemba tour was expensive and we could not enjoy the dolphins and the snorkelling all 5 of us together but rather 2 at a time. This is even after I had enquired the morning that all equipment was included and received no response. Throughoutr the day as well I asked where is the equipment and was told teh boat will come now and it never did. My lesson is to always make sure the day before that they include all equipment so that everyone can enjoy the tours instead of only a few at a time and not go ahead with a tour unless everyone is well equipped,
