Great gaming experience, spoiled by a member of staff, and partially remediated by a professional apology

点评:Firstly for context, over the month of August 10 of my family attended 4 of your games over 2 separate weekends. I was personally highly impressed with your operation, the inventiveness of your games, and your untrammelled enthusiasm for game design and game playing.
Despite the very positive impression you game me personally on my visit, I was shocked and horrified what was said to several members of my family on the second weekend. Although we all recognise that there is a degree of ‘banter’ and ‘joshing’ that’s expected, what was said was clearly and unequivocally way beyond acceptable.
Following a complaint we were pleased to get a full apology from the managing director and a refund of our fees. We were pleased with the way our complaint was treated but saddened to have had our experience spoiled in the way it was. But for this, our rating as a family would have been five star, rather than two.
