点评：HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE ATTITUDE AMONG ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS
This is my very first time trying indoor racing and not to mention that racing feels much worse than outdoor ones, their staff members maliciously controlled and lowers my power during the race.
I can’t imagine that the workers could mess up so many things in merely an hour.
First, a man behind me bumped me on purpose after the race ended. After the second time, I gave him a warning and he bumped me really hard when all of the drivers had already returned to the pit stop. I’m sure the staff saw it and I reported to them but none of them had any reaction. When I talked to the front desk, the supervisor did say they would talk to the person but for the next hour or more, none of them did. I don’t know what kind of audacity they have to ask me if I wanted to get a refund partially given that they showed indifference to a safety issue.
And things got more insane with this so-called supervisor. For some reason, the other two group members of mine were automatically erased for the last race they paid for SIMPLY BECAUSE I got a refund. When we confronted why the wait time was so long, the staff even blamed us for not telling him. I later needed to question the supervisor again and not only did he not apologize but also attempted to pretend that he did not cause the mistake on the system. They were all very rude and unprofessional, and I think this place needs to be reported to the police if they keep ignoring safety concerns for the sake of avoiding arguments with some reckless customers.
