Excellent winery experience, poor shipping process
Adami的点评
点评：We were traveling through the region and after my wife had done some research concerning where to stop, Adami had caught her attention. We made a reservation for a tasting and lunch, and were warmly welcomed upon our arrival.
They have a wonderful food menu offering a variety of small bites and dishes that are more than sufficient for a meal. More importantly, we tasted the full range of their Proseccos, which were fantastic. Not only were the wines themselves very good, but the presentation, the descriptions, the service; everything was well done. We enjoyed our visit so much, we purchased several bottles and shipped them back to the United States. We have done this before, so we were a little familiar with the process. After filling out all forms at the winery, and paying all of the fees, we eagerly waited for our wine to arrive.
And this is the only reason I didn't rate Adami higher. When our wine did arrive, it was only a portion of the order, and they weren't even packaged in any sort of careful manner. It was several bottles loosely banging around in a box. We contacted Adami several times before we did get a reply. It was complicated providing evidence of what we did not receive, and there seemed to be confusion as to who was responsible, Adami or the shipping company. We did end up receiving the remainder of our order, but it was quite an ordeal.
