点评：We went on June 18, at that time the Sun road was not fully open. Our tour started at Lake McDonald Lodge and ended at LakeMcDonald Lodge. Though the tour guide was very knowledgeable and courteous I feel that the view that you receive is not necessarily what you would expect. Unless sitting in the front seat, you have obstructed view. You could look up and see the trees or you could look out one side if you’re lucky enough to be sitting by the window and see that side. It does make acouple of stops where you can get out and take some pictures of the lake. Honestly, I prefer doing the driving on our own being able tostop where I wanted with my leisure and I didn’t really get that much information from the driver that impacted in a positive way. Perhaps if the Son road was open andI was doing the full tour I would’ve felt a little different. I would really consider if this is the right tour for you if youknow how to drive and you’re OK with it the roads really aren’t that bad. Heads up if the Son road is not fully open, you can drive around the park taking highway two and entering the other side atSt. Mary’s Lake. By doing this, you actually only miss out on a few miles where it’s still closed but are able to see both sides of thepark and enjoy both views
