Plum Loco Animal Farm的点评
点评：Going to Plum Loco is a must-do for our family during our annual Door County vacation. Our eldest grandchild is 9, and we have visited this thoughtfully managed farm experience for 8 of those.
The highlight is the feeding by hand of the goats, horses, sheep, and donkeys. Truthfully, though geared to families with small children, Plum Loco brings out the child in everyone!
The management improves the facility each year. New attractive signage in the feeding area gives excellent instruction on how best to feed the animals, even though the in-person instruction at the entrance is very well done.
The little western village next to the farm animal feeding area has only one downside. It is perfectly suited for small children and, alas, children grow up and grow big. But while children are young, it is a wonderfully immersive childhood experience.
A "Paint A Pony" area is also a nice add-on. Everyone gets a ribbon for a job well done when the equine statuette is completed.
One final note - the inspirational plaques placed throughout the farm inspire with positive messages.
Plum Loco is the place to go with children - or with the child in each of us.
