点评:This is a nice state park in a beautiful setting. Our campsite was very nice, but not very level for our motor home. There are a lot of bathroom/showers, but the one closest to our campsite was quite old and not very clean. They even keep the door propped open all the time for some reason, which all the insects in the area appreciate. There are some great hiking trails, and an area in which your dog can play in the water. My biggest complaint is that Wisconsin really sticks it to non-resident visitors (looking at you, Illinois!). Our total bill was $268.95 for three nights. For non-residents that’s an extra $45 for the campsite, $48 for the motorhome, another $9 for our rental car (it had Wisconsin plates and we are seniors), plus the reservation fees. Other states do this, too (e.g., Oregon), but not to this extent. It’s a nice campground but buyer beware. BTW I highly recommend the nearby Tumbled Rock restaurant and micro-brewery.
